Recipe overview
Ingredients
- 1 can peaches (15¼ oz), drained
- 1 jalapeño, seeded
- 3 Roma tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper
- Juice of 1 lime
- ¼ cup cilantro
- 1 Tbsp Tangerine Hibiscus Rub
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Add everything to a food processor.
- Pulse until you like the texture.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- Serve with chips, tacos… or a spoon.
