Zesty Tangerine Peach Salsa

This is the salsa that never quite makes it to the table. Bright, fresh, and a little zippy—perfect with chips, tacos, or a spoon at the counter.
Zesty Tangerine Peach Salsa

Why save tacos for Tuesdays?

This is a “for dinner” recipe that somehow turns into a counter snack. Chips, tacos… or a spoon.

Bright, zippy, and usually half gone before it hits the table.

This is one of those counter recipes. You make it “for dinner,” but somehow half of it disappears before anyone sits down.

Sweet, fresh, and just spicy enough to keep you coming back for another scoop.

Why we keep making this

  • Sweet with just enough bite
  • Not fussy, not precious
  • Comes together in minutes
  • One of those “wait… that’s really good” recipes
