Strawberries & Cream Coffee Cloud β₯
This one starts as coffee and somehow turns into a cloud. Light, velvety, dessert-ish⦠and the sweetness is measured with your heart.

This is what you make when you want coffeeΒ and dessert energy, but not a whole production. You shake it, listen for the sound change, and suddenly youβve got an airy little mousse moment in a glass.
Sweetness? Do what feels right. Thatβs the whole point β₯
Why we keep making this
- Feels playful without being over-the-top
- Light, airy, and not too heavy
- Dessert vibes, but still coffee
- The shaking part is weirdly satisfying
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 brewed shot of Strawberries & Cream espresso
- 1 tablespoon honey, strawberry simple syrup, or vanilla simple syrup
Method
- Brew espresso over your sweetener, stir, and let cool completely.
- Pour into an empty 20-ounce soda bottle.
- Add heavy cream and seal tightly.
- Shake hard for about 5 minutes until the sound changes from sloshy to a solid slap.
- Pour into a short glass and garnish with freeze-dried strawberries if you want.
Notes & easy swaps
- Sweeter? Add more syrup before shaking.
- No garnish? Still perfect.
- A clear bottle makes the texture change easier to catch.
Recipe note
This works beautifully with strawberries & cream espresso, but the cloud method plays nicely with whatever coffee you already love.
