At Java Momma, we believe fresh is best! That’s why we roast your coffee to order and ship it out as soon as possible. Because good coffee is worth the wait.
📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping
- All orders are roasted fresh and typically ship within 7-10 business days after processing.
- We ship via USPS and UPS—your carrier will be chosen at checkout based on the best available option.
- We have flat rate shipping of $9.95 on all orders.
🚚 FREE SHIPPING on Orders Over $75!
- Orders with a subtotal of $75 or more (before taxes and after any discounts or rewards are applied) qualify for FREE standard shipping within the U.S.

Not at this time—Java Momma currently ships within the United States only.
⏳ Order Processing & Shipping Times
- We roast your coffee fresh when you order, which means it may take 7-10 business days to process and ship.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method.
📬 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also log in to your Java Momma account to check your order status.
