Balanced Lavender Lemonade Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water, divided
  • 1 tablespoon Culinary Lavender
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • Ice + lemon slices or lavender sprigs for serving
  • 1 tsp butterfly tea flowers (optional) this is what will give you that lavender color to your lemonade

Directions

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, then remove from heat. Stir in Culinary Lavender (and butterfly tea if using) and steep for 5–7 minutes.
  2. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher.
  3. Add lemon juice, remaining 2 cups of water, and honey or maple syrup. Stir until combined.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve over ice with lemon slices or a fresh lavender sprig.
