Add Coffee: Measure 1-2 tablespoons (10-15 grams) of medium-fine ground coffee per 6 ounces of water. Adjust to taste. Pour the coffee grounds evenly into the filter. Bloom: Heat water to 195-205°F (just off the boil). Slowly pour enough water to wet all the coffee grounds, letting them "bloom" for 30-45 seconds. This releases trapped gases and enhances flavor. Brew: Gradually pour the remaining water in a slow, circular motion, avoiding the edges of the filter. Maintain a steady pace for about 2-3 minutes. Enjoy: Remove the pour-over, discard the filter, and savor your freshly brewed coffee.
