Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp marshmallow cream, divided
  • 3 Tbsp chocolate syrup, divided
  • 4 oz (or 1 shot) chilled French Vanilla or Death by Chocolate coffee
  • 1 cup crushed ice (coffee or milk cubes work great!)
  • 4–6 oz oat milk (adjust for preferred thickness)
  • 1–2 Tbsp Toasted Marshmallow or Vanilla Simple Syrup
  • Toasted marshmallows (optional)
  • Crushed graham crackers (optional, for garnish)

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine 2 Tbsp marshmallow cream with 1/2 tsp oat milk to make it pourable.
  2. Swirl the softened marshmallow around the inside of your tumbler. Drizzle in 1 Tbsp chocolate syrup over the marshmallow.
  3. For an extra treat, add remaining marshmallow cream around the top edge of the glass and toast with a brulée torch (optional).
  4. In a blender, combine the chilled coffee, crushed ice, oat milk, 1 Tbsp chocolate syrup, and Toasted Marshmallow or Vanilla Syrup. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the blended mixture into the prepared tumbler.
  6. Top with toasted marshmallows, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, and a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers if desired.
