Apple Crisp Syrup

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup apple butter
  • ½ cup apple cider
  • 1 tsp Turbinado Cinnamon Sugar or Apple Pie Sugar

Caramel Apple Cold Foam

  • ⅓ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup milk of choice
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Crisp Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp caramel syrup

Method

Apple Crisp Syrup

  1. In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, apple butter, apple cider, and cinnamon sugar.
  2. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat for 2–3 minutes. Do not boil.
  3. Remove from heat, cool, and refrigerate up to 1 week.

Caramel Apple Cold Foam

  1. In a mason jar, combine heavy cream, milk, 1 Tbsp syrup, and caramel syrup.
  2. Froth until creamy and well combined.

Assemble the Latte (Iced)

  1. Fill a tumbler about ⅔ full with crushed ice.
  2. Add 2–3 Tbsp syrup and ¾ cup milk.
  3. Pour in 4 oz strong brewed coffee.
  4. Top with cold foam; garnish with caramel drizzle and apple crisps. Serve immediately.

Hot version: Skip the ice and use steamed milk; finish with warm foam and drizzle.
