Ingredients

For the Shake Up

  • 2–3 Tbsp Creamy Pumpkin Spice Syrup (see below)

  • 6 oz cold brewed Java Momma Pumpkin Spice Latte Coffee

  • 1 cup crushed ice

  • 3 oz milk of choice

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

  • Dash of pumpkin pie spice (for garnish)

For the Creamy Pumpkin Spice Syrup

  • ½ cup water

  • ⅓ cup pumpkin puree

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

  • ½ Tbsp vanilla extract

  • ½ Tbsp pumpkin pie spice

 

Instructions

Make the Creamy Pumpkin Spice Syrup

  1. In a small saucepan, combine water, pumpkin puree, and brown sugar.

  2. Simmer until smooth and silky.

  3. Strain out solids, then return liquid to saucepan.

  4. Stir in condensed milk, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice.

  5. Simmer on low heat, whisking until combined.

  6. Cool and store in the fridge for up to one week.

Make the Pumpkin Spice Shake Up

  1. In a mason jar, combine syrup, cold brewed coffee, and crushed ice.

  2. Cover and shake well. Strain into a short tumbler.

  3. In a chilled jar, froth milk and maple syrup together.
