Move over pumpkin spice—there's a new fall favorite in town. 🍎✨ This Caramel Apple Latte blends bright apple, creamy milk, spiced coffee, and a caramel-kissed cold foam. Our Apple Crisp twist uses a quick homemade syrup and Java Momma Brazil Medium Roast for dessert-in-a-mug energy.
Seasonal option: When our Dutch Apple Strudel Coffee is in stock, it's a fun way to double down on the apple flavor here — it's a limited Nostalgia Day release, so it comes and goes. The syrup and spices are doing most of the work in this drink either way, so Brazil Medium Roast keeps it make-able year-round.

Recipe overview
The Coffee That Makes This Work
Brazil Medium Roast is smooth, nutty, and low acid — it lets the apple crisp syrup and caramel cold foam lead without fighting them for attention. You could use another medium roast — but this is the one the recipe was built around.
