Ingredients
For the Latte
- Crushed ice
- 2–3 Tbsp Apple Crisp Syrup (below)
- ¾ cup milk of choice
- 4 oz strong brewed Java Momma Apple Almond Crisp Coffee (or 1–2 shots espresso)
- Caramel Apple Cold Foam (below)
- Caramel drizzle, for garnish (optional)
- Apple crisps, for garnish (optional)
Apple Crisp Syrup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup apple butter
- ½ cup apple cider
- 1 tsp Turbinado Cinnamon Sugar or Apple Pie Sugar
Caramel Apple Cold Foam
- ⅓ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup milk of choice
- 1 Tbsp Apple Crisp Syrup
- 1 Tbsp caramel syrup
Method
Apple Crisp Syrup
- In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, apple butter, apple cider, and cinnamon sugar.
- Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat for 2–3 minutes. Do not boil.
- Remove from heat, cool, and refrigerate up to 1 week.
Caramel Apple Cold Foam
- In a mason jar, combine heavy cream, milk, 1 Tbsp syrup, and caramel syrup.
- Froth until creamy and well combined.
Assemble the Latte (Iced)
- Fill a tumbler about ⅔ full with crushed ice.
- Add 2–3 Tbsp syrup and ¾ cup milk.
- Pour in 4 oz strong brewed coffee.
- Top with cold foam; garnish with caramel drizzle and apple crisps. Serve immediately.
Hot version: Skip the ice and use steamed milk; finish with warm foam and drizzle.
