Mexican Cocoa Coffee Pops
Ingredients
- 1 cup concentrated coffee brewed to your preference, cooled- you pick your flavor
- 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup of sweet cream coffee creamer
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 scoop Mo Cafe Mexican Cocoa

Instructions
- 1. Combine coffee, 1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk, and the sweet cream creamer together. Whisk until combined. Pour into popsicle molds until each mold is half filled.
- 2. Freeze for 2 hours.
- 3. Combine remaining sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, and a scoop of Mo Cafe Mexican Cocoa and whisk until combined.
- 4. Remove popsicles from freezer and fill the remaining portion with chocolate mixture
- 5. Freeze 2-3 hours until bars are frozen
- 6. Remove from molds and enjoy!
