- Use filtered water and boil the kettle to 95°C/203°F
- Put 2-3 teaspoons (2.5-3grams) of loose tea into the brewing vessel (teapot/infuser or brew bag)
- Pour 1 cup (200-250m) hot water over the tea leaves
- Leave for 2-3 minutes (3-5 minutes for larger leaf tea)
- Add a splash of milk or cream if you like it – Enjoy!
