Our order arrived on time and everything was correct. The first problem was getting the bag open. There is a tear strip on the side of the bag but that does not open the bag, rather it reveals the plastic inner bag liner. The seam across the top of the bag does not open either, even if you try to persuade it with a knife. Eventually we just cut it wide open with scissors, and accepted that we will have to find alternate packaging in order to keep the product fresh.
Turns out, we won't need alternative packaging because we found the product to be bitter and offensive tasting. It is now in the trash pail.
