Ingredients
- 2 cups cranberries
- 3 apples, peeled, cored, and quartered
- 1 orange, peeled and sectioned
- 6 oz brewed Rooibos Vanilla Chai
- 1/2 cup honey (whipped honey works too!)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp Chai Spice Blend
Method
- Prep the fruit by washing the cranberries, peeling and dicing the apples, and peeling/sectioning the orange. Add everything to a large pot.
- Place the pot over low heat and pour in the brewed Rooibos Vanilla Chai. Add honey and sugar, then stir to combine.
- Increase heat to high and cook for 12β15 minutes, stirring frequently, until the fruit becomes soft and tender.
- Remove from heat and puree with an immersion blender until smooth or slightly textured.
- Return the pot to low heat. Add Chai Spice Blend and cook an additional 10β15 minutes, stirring constantly as the fruit butter thickens.
- Remove from heat and let cool. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 10β14 days.
