Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and diced (for garnish)
  • 4 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 ½ tsp Corn on the Cob Seasoning
  • 4 oz STRONG brewed Texas BBQ Tea (1 tbsp tea steeped in 4 oz hot water)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed

Directions

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and set aside.
  2. In a slow cooker, combine corn, jalapeños, sour cream, Pepper Jack cheese, Parmesan cheese, and Corn on the Cob Seasoning. Stir to mix.
  3. Pour in the brewed Texas BBQ Tea and stir again.
  4. Top with cubed cream cheese.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
  6. Uncover, stir to combine the cream cheese, then cook on high for 15 more minutes.
  7. Garnish with crispy bacon and serve warm.
