Ingredients
Latte
- 2 tsp molasses
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- Double shot espresso or 4 oz strong brewed Gingerbread House coffee
- 6–8 oz milk of choice (oat milk recommended)
- Crushed ice
Cold Foam (Optional)
- 3 Tbsp heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp eggnog
- 1 Tbsp sweet cream
How to Make It
- In a mason jar, combine molasses, brown sugar, spices, and brewed coffee. Froth or shake well until fully mixed.
- Fill a tumbler halfway with crushed ice. Add milk of choice, then pour espresso over milk. Stir to combine.
