We’ve got a couple of fun recipes for you today using cold brew coffee.
Cold brew is super versatile in that you can add it you baking and cooking as well as mixer for lots of different drinks (or hey, just drink it straight!).

Chocolate Cold Brew Pancakes
The first recipe is a super easy Chocolate Cold Brew Pancakes using a store bought pancake mix that you combine with cocoa and cold brew. It’s quick, easy and delicious!
Chocolate Cold Brew Pancakes
Ingredients
- Your favorite store bought pancake mix
- Cold brew coffee
- Cocoa/Cacoa powder
- Syrup (to serve)
Instructions
- Mix up your favorite pancake mix but substitute the liquid with cold brew.
- Add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder (2 if you like them really chocolatey).
- Mix together as normal.
- Heat your pan/griddle and cook as normal, flipping them once browned.
- Serve with your favorite syrup.
Grain Free (and low carb friendly) Cold Brew Waffle and Pancakes
Low Carb Grain Free Pancake or Waffle Mix
Ingredients
- 220 grams blanched almond meal
- 60 grams tapioca flour (or arrowroot)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup cold brew coffee
- 2 tblsp cocoa powder* optional
- 2 tblsp sweetener of choice* optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to bowl and use hand mixer to combine or you can add to a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
- Let the batter rest for 15-20 minutes so that it thickens.
- Cook the batter in a waffle iron as per manufacturers instructions.
- Top with syrup of choice.
