Ingredients

  • 1 package (12-count) Sweet Rolls
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • 2 Tbsp brewed Jack-O-Latte Coffee
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Finishing Sugar, divided
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • ½ cup orange sanding sugar (for rolling)

Method

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, heavy cream, milk, eggs, granulated sugar, Jack-O-Latte, and 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Finishing Sugar.
  2. Poke each Sweet Roll with a fork to help them soak evenly.
  3. Dip each roll into the custard mixture, coating all sides. Let soak briefly but don’t let them fall apart.
