What You'll Need

For the Tea Base (make ahead):

  • 6 oz Iced Dreams cold brew tea, brewed and chilled (1 pod in 1 quart cold water, overnight in the fridge)

For the Peach Puree (make ahead):

  • 1 can peaches in syrup, blended smooth — makes several servings, keeps 4–5 days covered in the fridge

To Build the Drink:

  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • ¼ cup peach puree
  • 6 oz Iced Dreams cold brew tea, chilled
  • 1–2 oz sweet vanilla creamer

How To Make It

  1. Brew the tea ahead. Drop one Iced Dreams pod into one quart of cold water. Refrigerate overnight or at least 6–8 hours. Pull the pod and keep the brewed tea cold until you're ready to build the drink.
  2. Make the peach puree. Add one can of peaches in syrup — liquid and all — to a blender. Pulse until smooth. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate. This keeps 4–5 days covered and makes enough for several drinks.
  3. Build the glass. Fill a tall tumbler with crushed ice. Spoon in the peach puree and pour the cold brew tea over the top.
  4. Add the cream and serve. Pour the vanilla creamer slowly over the top — it'll swirl down through the amber tea on its own. Drink immediately, ideally somewhere outside.

Swaps & Permission Slips

  • Fresh peaches instead of canned? Absolutely — blend with a splash of simple syrup or a little honey to get the sweetness the canned syrup was doing. Taste before you add; fresh peaches vary a lot.
  • No sweet vanilla creamer? Half-and-half with a drop of vanilla extract works. Oat milk creamer if you're keeping it dairy-free. The Iced Dreams already has a natural cream note — even a plain splash of milk gets you most of the way there.
  • Want it less sweet? Use peaches packed in juice instead of syrup, or rinse the canned peaches before blending. The tea itself has no added sugar — the sweetness here is all coming from the peach.
