  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup brewed Irish Cream Cookie Coffee
  • 2 tbsp Irish Cream Liquor (optional)
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • ½ cup brewed Irish Cream Cookie Coffee (OR 1/3 cup Irish Cream Cookie Coffee + 2 tbsp Irish Cream Liquor)
  • 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup Irish Cream Cookie Coffee, cooled
  • 2 - 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Directions

  1. For the Cake:
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F and butter a 9×13-inch baking pan. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all cake ingredients until fully mixed. Pour into the prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
