- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Pumpkin Mallow Cold Foam:
- 3 Tbsp heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp marshmallow fluff
- 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Maple Syrup
Method
- Make Pumpkin Maple Syrup: In a saucepan, whisk together water, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice. Simmer 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened. Cool before using.
