Ingredients

Sweet Potato Milk (makes 2 servings):

  • 3/4 cup roasted or steamed sweet potato
  • 1 cup milk of choice (oat milk recommended)
  • 2–3 Tbsp maple syrup or agave
  • 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or Java Momma Finishing Sugar)
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. In your favorite mug, add 1–2 Tbsp maple syrup and a pinch of sea salt. Brew coffee directly over the mixture and stir.
  2. Warm sweet potato milk, froth to desired consistency, and pour over coffee mixture.

Iced Latte Variation:
