Can’t fly to Cape Cod for the Fluffy Seagull Latte? Don’t worry—we’ve got the next best thing. This Java Momma copycat brings peanut butter + marshmallow fluff (hello, fluffernutter!) together with smooth vanilla coffee for a sweet seaside-inspired sip.

What is the Fluffy Seagull Latte?
Born on Cape Cod and popularized by Lighthouse Keeper’s Pantry, the Fluffy Seagull Latte went viral for a reason: it’s basically a fluffernutter sandwich in latte form—peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, and creamy vanilla coffee over ice. Our version keeps the fun, adds a Java Momma twist, and is easy to make at home.
Ingredients
- 1 shot espresso or 4 oz. strong brewed French Vanilla Coffee
- 6–8 oz. milk of choice
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp vanilla skinny syrup or marshmallow simple syrup
- 2 Tbsp marshmallow fluff
- Crushed ice
Instructions
- Combine peanut butter and syrup in a small bowl; mix until smooth.
- Line the inside of your glass with marshmallow fluff and half of the peanut butter mixture for dramatic swirls.
- Brew your coffee and pour it over the remaining peanut butter mixture; stir to combine.
- Fill the glass 2/3 full with crushed ice.
- Pour in your milk, then the peanut-buttery coffee mixture.
- Stir, sip, and enjoy!
Variations to Try
- Cold Brew Seagull: Use cold brew instead of espresso for a smoother sip.
- Nut Butter Twist: Swap in almond butter or cookie butter.
- Dairy-Free: Oat or almond milk keeps it silky and plant-based.
- Extra Fluff: Add a dollop of fluff on top for a cloud-like finish.
Perfect Pairings
- Your favorite cookies or muffins (PB-friendly treats shine).
- Try another fun sip next: Coffee Waffles or Sweet Corn Latte.
The Fluffy Seagull might have started on Cape Cod, but you can bring a little seaside sweetness home with Java Momma.
