Sweet, nutty, and rich with the flavor of coffee, these no-bake Mocha Balls are a holiday favorite that gets better with time!

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups pecans
10.5 oz. Biscoff Cookies
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup brewed Speculoos Cookie Butter Coffee
2 tablespoons honey

Prepare the Base: Place pecans and Biscoff cookies in a food processor. Pulse until finely ground into crumbs.
