  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 oz. strongly brewed Guatemalan coffee
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon Bourbon Barrel Smoked Pepper
  • 3 cups red seedless grapes, stemmed
  • 8 oz. of your favorite cheeses (mild blue cheese or Brie recommended)
  • 8 oz. Coffee Infused Whipped Cream Cheese*
  • Toasted baguette slices
  • 10 oz. prosciutto (optional)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, whipped
  • 3 tablespoons Salty Honey Caramel Coffee
  • ¼ cup crushed pecans
  • 2 tablespoons Turbinado Cinnamon Sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, Guatemalan Coffee, sea salt, and Bourbon Barrel Smoked Pepper.
  3. Toss the grapes in the mixture until fully coated. Spread grapes in an even layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes. Remove and let cool slightly.
  5. Combine the whipped cream cheese and Salty Honey Caramel Coffee in a bowl. Refrigerate until slightly firm.
  6. Mix crushed pecans and Turbinado Cinnamon Sugar in a separate bowl.
  7. Remove the cream cheese mixture from the fridge and form it into a ball. Roll the ball in the pecan-cinnamon mixture until fully coated.
  8. Arrange the roasted grapes on a cheese board alongside room-temperature cheeses, the whipped cream cheese ball, toasted baguette slices, and prosciutto (if using).
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
