Ingredients

  • 4 oz. coconut milk or Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp honey or agave
  • 6 oz. strong brewed Berry Berry Boom (or your favorite Java Momma tea)
  • 2 oz. fresh berries (blended)
  • ¼ cup flaked coconut
  • Handful of fresh berries (for garnish)

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine coconut milk, honey/agave, brewed tea, and 2 oz. fresh berries. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add 1 tsp flaked coconut and a few fresh berries to each popsicle mold.
  3. Pour the blended tea mixture into the molds, leaving about ⅛ inch at the top.
  4. Fill the top of each mold with additional flaked coconut.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 4–5 hours or overnight until fully set.
  6. To release, run the molds under warm water for 10 seconds and gently remove the popsicles.
