How to Make It at Home:
We’ve broken the full recipe down [here] (or include direct link), but here’s the gist:

  • Make a simple lavender syrup with honey, water, and Culinary Lavender. Let it steep for full flavor.

  • Brew a bold coffee base—we love Peaberry Dark for its richness.

  • Froth your favorite milk and pour it over the lavender-kissed coffee.

  • Top with crushed Culinary Lavender and a sprinkle of sugar if you’re feeling fancy.

Tips for Making It Your Own:

  • Swap in oat or almond milk for a dairy-free version.

  • Chill the coffee and pour it over ice for a refreshing iced lavender latte.

  • Use extra syrup in iced tea or sparkling water for a floral twist.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp Culinary Lavender
  • 6 oz strong brewed Peaberry Dark Coffee
  • 1/4 cup warmed frothed milk of choice

Directions

  1. For the Honey Lavender Syrup:
  2. In a small saucepan, combine honey, water, and Culinary Lavender.
  3. Heat over medium-high heat until it begins to simmer, stirring occasionally until the honey dissolves.
  4. Remove from heat and let steep for 10–20 minutes. The longer it steeps, the stronger the lavender flavor.

  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  7. To Make 1 Latte:
  8. Add 1 tablespoon of Honey Lavender Syrup to a mug.
  9. Pour in the brewed Peaberry Dark Coffee and stir to combine.
  10. Top with warmed frothed milk.
  11. Garnish with a sprinkle of crushed Culinary Lavender and Demerara Sugar, if desired.
  12. Sip and enjoy!
