Ingredients

  • 6 oz milk of choice
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp Chai Spice Blend
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 2 oz espresso, brewed with White Elephant Coffee
  • Additional Chai Spice, for garnish (optional)

Method

  1. Brew your espresso using White Elephant Coffee and pour it into your favorite mug. Set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan (or microwave-safe container), whisk together the milk, turmeric, chai spice, honey, and vanilla.
  3. Heat gently until warm, then froth until thick and foamy.
  4. Pour the spiced milk over the espresso.
  5. Finish with an extra sprinkle of chai spice if you’d like.

Notes & Swaps

  • If you prefer it less sweet, start with a little honey and add more if needed.
  • This works just as well with dairy-free milk — oat and almond are especially nice here.
  • If you don’t feel like frothing, it’s still good stirred.
