Quick Ritual
Honey Cinnamon Cortado
Bold espresso + warm milk + a little honey. Simple. Strong. Job done.
Some mornings donβt need a 20-ounce sugar situation.
They need something small. Strong. Balanced. The cortado was born in the Spanish Basque Country to cut espresso with just enough steamed milk to smooth it out β not bury it.
Weβre adding honey and cinnamon because weβre adults and we get to make decisions like that.

Why Youβll Love It
- Ready in under 5 minutes.
- Balanced β not too milky, not too sharp.
- Feels fancy. Requires zero fancy behavior.
The Java Momma Twist
We brew this with All Jacked Up because if weβre making a cortado, it might as well show up strong. The honey smooths it. The cinnamon warms it. The espresso still runs the show.
