Easy Blueberry Lavender Iced Latte
Because putting on real pants to hit the local coffee shop is entirely optional, this Easy Blueberry Lavender Iced Latte is your new morning permission slip.

A Quiet Flex for Your Morning
- Drive-Thru Independence: You don't need to wait in a 20-minute line behind someone ordering a ridiculously complicated secret menu item. Make this in your kitchen.
- Flavor Without the Fake: Making your own simple syrup proves that joy and quality can coexist. It takes ten minutes, and you actually know what's in it.
- The Visual Appeal: Stir it gently for an ombre effect that looks incredibly impressive, even if you're drinking it while staring at a mountain of unread emails.
The Java Momma Twist: We use strong brewed Cinnamon Blueberry Crumble coffee here because it seamlessly bridges the gap between the fruity syrup and the creamy milk. It’s a quiet flex that makes your everyday moments taste better.
What You’ll Need
The Latte:- Crushed ice
- 2-3 T. Blueberry Lavender Syrup (recipe below)
- ¾ c. milk of choice
- 4 oz. strong brewed Java Momma Cinnamon Blueberry Crumble coffee (or 2 oz espresso)
- Lemon juice and Lavender Sugar (optional, for rimming the glass)
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- ½ c. blueberries
- 1-1 ½ T. dried Culinary Lavender
- ¼ c. heavy cream
- 2 T. milk
- 1 T. Lavender Sugar
How To Make It
- Simmer the Syrup: Heat water, sugar, blueberries, and lavender in a small saucepan over medium heat until simmering. Stir to dissolve the sugar, simmering for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for an additional 10 minutes so the berries soften. Strain the syrup, pressing down on the berries to extract the juice. Store in an airtight jar in the fridge.
- Prep the Glass: If you're feeling fancy, brush the edge of your glass with lemon juice and dip it in Lavender Sugar. If you're running late, skip this step. We don't judge.
- Assemble: Add crushed ice to a tall tumbler. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of your homemade blueberry lavender syrup over the ice, followed by your milk of choice. Give it a slight stir if you want that cool ombre effect.
- The Pour: Slowly pour in the strong brewed Cinnamon Blueberry Crumble coffee.
- Foam it Up (Optional): Add heavy cream, milk, and Lavender Sugar to a mason jar. Froth until it doubles in size and gets creamy, then pour it over the top of your latte.
Swaps & Permission Slips
- The Milk: Use oat milk, almond milk, or whole milk. Whatever you have in the fridge that isn't expired is a solid choice.
- The Coffee: If you don't have Cinnamon Blueberry Crumble, a strong, standard medium roast works perfectly to balance the floral sweetness.
- The Berries: Frozen blueberries work just as well as fresh ones for the syrup. Let go of the "perfect life" aesthetic and use what's easiest.
You survived the morning rush. Sip slowly and enjoy the win.
