Cold Brew Coffee Stout

Dark. Rich. Strong. This is not a “cute little coffee.” This is a sit-down-and-think-about-your-life coffee. Chocolate cookie notes, Irish cream vibes, and that smooth stout caramel finish? Yeah. We’re doing that.

Why You’ll Love It

  • Chocolate + stout + cold brew = solid decision.
  • Takes 3 minutes. No bartending degree required.
  • Works as-is or dressed up “Dublin Iced Coffee” style.

The Java Momma Twist: We’re using Irish Cream Cookie Cold Brew here. The chocolate cookie notes and soft Irish cream flavor slide right into the velvet caramel hints of a good stout. It tastes intentional. Not accidental.

What You’ll Need

  • 4 oz Guinness (or another stout beer)
  • 4 oz cold brew Irish Cream Cookie Coffee
  • 1 oz caramel or brown sugar simple syrup
  • Splash of creamer (optional)
  • Ice

How To Make It

  1. Measure stout, cold brew, and simple syrup into a tumbler.
  2. Stir gently until combined.
  3. Add ice.
  4. Add a splash of creamer if you want that Dublin iced coffee feel.
  5. Sip immediately. This one doesn’t wait around.

Stir gently. Stout foam has opinions.

Swaps & Permission Slips

  • No Guinness? Any smooth stout works.
  • Less sweet? Skip the syrup or reduce to 1/2 oz.
  • Dairy-free? Use oat or almond creamer.

It’s bold. It’s cozy. It’s the wee bit of Irish in all of us.
