Ingredients
- 2–3 oz strong brewed Jawesome coffee (or Apple Cinnamon Dolce if you have it)
- 4 oz apple cider, warmed
- 3 oz oat milk
- 2 oz whole milk
- 2 Tbsp heavy cream
- ½ tsp chai spice or cinnamon
- ½ Tbsp brown sugar
- Caramel drizzle
- 1 cup ice cubes (optional, for iced)
Method
- Caramel the mug: Drizzle the inside of a mug with caramel.
- Build the base: Pour in warm apple cider and strong brewed coffee. Stir to combine.
- Spiced cold foam: In a mason jar, combine whole milk, heavy cream, chai spice (or cinnamon), and brown sugar. Froth until thick and creamy.
- Finish: Add oat milk to the mug and stir. Spoon spiced cold foam over the top, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and enjoy.
