  • 4 oz. eggnog, frothed
  • 6 oz. strong brewed Rompope Coffee (Creme Brulee Coffee works as a substitute!)
  • Marshmallow Cold Foam*
  • Chai spice, for dusting (optional)
  • Marshmallow Cold Foam:
  • 3 T. heavy cream
  • 2 T. milk
  • 1 T. marshmallow fluff

Directions

  1. Prepare the Latte:
  2. Line the inside of a glass with 1 T. marshmallow fluff along the sides.
  3. Fill the glass about ยพ full with crushed ice.
  4. Pour in the frothed eggnog, followed by the brewed Rompope Coffee. Stir gently to combine.
