Brewing Instructions:

1. Place & Prep:

2. Set the V01 pour-over on top of your mug or carafe.

3. Insert a size 01 cone-shaped paper filter, and rinse it with hot water to eliminate any paper taste. Discard the rinse water.

4. Add Coffee:

5. Measure 1-2 tablespoons (10-15 grams) of medium-fine ground coffee per 6 ounces of water. Adjust to taste.

6. Pour the coffee grounds evenly into the filter.

7. Bloom:

8. Heat water to 195-205°F (just off the boil).

9. Slowly pour enough water to wet all the coffee grounds, letting them "bloom" for 30-45 seconds. This releases trapped gases and enhances flavor.

10. Brew:

11. Gradually pour the remaining water in a slow, circular motion, avoiding the edges of the filter. Maintain a steady pace for about 2-3 minutes.
