The Beans
Sustainably sourced, freshly roasted to order. We use an air-roasting process that produces a cleaner, more consistent roast than drum roasting — which means better flavor in your cup, not just on the bag. Contents vary based on what's been roasted most recently. That's the Roaster's Choice part. We're not sending you last month's coffee.
Nutritional Info
Black coffee: approximately 2–5 calories per 8oz serving. Flavoring is added to the bean during roasting — no syrups, no added sugar. Brew it your way and adjust from there.
How to Brew
Each sample is ground and ready to brew. Drip, pour over, French press — whatever your setup is, it'll work. For best results, use filtered water at around 200°F and don't let it sit on a warmer longer than 20 minutes. Fresh is the whole point.
