Cold Brew (recommended):

Hot Steep:
Drop one pod into one quart of just-boiled water (212°F). Steep 4–5 minutes. Remove the pod. Drink as-is or let it cool and pour over ice. The flavor profile is a little bolder and less smooth than the cold brew method — still good, just different.
Hot vs. Iced
Cold brewed: Deep amber, fruit-forward, smooth. The peach reads cleaner and the black tea base is less assertive. Best over ice with nothing added, though a little honey works if you want it sweeter.
Hot steeped: Warmer and bolder — the black tea is more present, the peach shifts to the background. Works well as a hot peach black tea if that's the mood. Stands up fine with a splash of oat milk.
