How to Brew
Auto Drip: 2 tablespoons per 8 oz of water. Medium grind. The coffee liqueur and caramel notes come through well at standard brew strength — no need to overbrew it.
Pour Over: Same ratio as drip. Steady, even pour. Clean extraction lets each flavor note come through in sequence rather than all at once.
French Press: 1 tablespoon per 4 oz of water, coarse grind. Steep 4 minutes, press slow. Full immersion brings the caramel and hazelnut depth forward — worth trying if you want a richer result.
