How to Brew
Auto Drip: 2 tablespoons per 8 oz of water. Medium grind. The dark chocolate note comes through clearly at standard brew strength — the semi-sweet cocoa finish shows up on the back end.
Pour Over: Same ratio as drip. Steady, even pour. Clean extraction keeps both chocolate notes distinct rather than blending into one.
French Press: 1 tablespoon per 4 oz of water, coarse grind. Steep 4 minutes, press slow. Full immersion brings the richness of the dark chocolate forward — the closest thing to a mocha without adding anything.
