How to Brew

Iced (hot brew method):
Brew hot as directed with slightly less water than usual. Let it cool, pour over ice. The color goes deep ruby-red chilled and the tartness comes through more clearly — it's a different cup than the hot version in a good way. Works well by the pitcher.

Cold brew:
2 teaspoons per cup of cold water. Refrigerate 8–12 hours. Pull and pour over ice. No gear required — a mason jar or pitcher does the job.
