Step 1

Log into your customer account at https://www.JavaMomma.com. If you checked out as a guest we have created a username and temporary password for you. Your username will be your email address before the @ symbol. Your Password is your First Name (Capitalized) with 1! At the end (Example: Bonnie1!) you will have the option to reset your password here: https://javamomma.com/forgot-password

If you did not receive an email with your gift certificate code, log into your customer account. Once you have logged into your customer account under the menu tab, select My Orders. You’ll see your gift card number in your order history.

Step 2

Get ready to shop! Add items to your shopping cart as you normally would, select Checkout.

Step 3

Enter your payment information, as well as your shipping address, agree to the return policy and select continue with this information.

Step 4

Verify the information is correct and select your event and host if you have one. At the bottom of the payment screen, select Redeem Gift Card. Enter your gift card code and click Verify. You can not use partial card balances, it will use your full gift card. You can now check out. If there is a balance after your gift certificate has been redeemed it will charge the payment method from step 3.

Watch your mailbox! In 7-10 business days your Java Momma package will ship!
