Is there any caffeine?
Zero. Zip. Nada. Rooibos is naturally caffeine-free, so you can drink a gallon of this and still sleep like a baby.
Does it have sugar?

Should I add milk?

How to Brew It (The Impossible-to-Ruin Cup)

The Ratio: 2 tsp per 8 oz cup. (Don't be shy with the scoop!)
