October's Theme: Coffees for the Strange and Unusual

Every case file starts with a report nobody can quite explain. This month, we opened three. Caramel apple with a heat source of unknown origin. A fried chocolate sandwich cookie that somehow became a coffee. Maple and bacon, together, in a mug. Witnesses agree none of it should work. Witnesses agree it does. Three flavors, three case files, zero required reading — just the strange parts of the season, poured into a cup.

Case File 001 — Roswell Red (Cayenne Caramel Apple) — Medium Roast
Caramelized apple and brown sugar, followed by a cayenne heat nobody's been able to trace back to its source. No incidents reported. Subjects keep drinking it anyway.

Case File 002 — Unidentified Fried Object (Fried Chocolate Sandwich Cookie) — Medium-Dark Roast
Rich chocolate, sweet cream filling, a toasted golden edge. Origin unconfirmed. New to this year's lineup — we're standing behind it completely.

Case File 003 — Cryptid Bacon (Maple Bacon) — Medium Roast
Sweet maple up front, a savory finish right behind it. Multiple sightings confirmed. Case remains open, mostly because people keep asking for more.
