The Beans
Spiced Cookie Cream is a medium roast flavored coffee built on a 100% Arabica Brazilian bean base. The Brazilian base runs naturally lower in acidity — growing altitude, processing methods, all of it — which gives the cup a smooth, easy foundation before anything else happens.
The caramelized biscuit, warm spice, and vanilla notes come from custom flavoring applied after roasting. Air-roasted to order using solar power, which means even heat around the bean, no drum scorch, cleaner finish. Medium roast keeps it approachable and doesn't fight the flavoring.

How to Brew
Spiced Cookie Cream is flexible across brew methods. The caramelized biscuit and spice notes come through well in drip and pour-over. If you take it with cream, it leans noticeably more bakery — worth trying both ways.
Drip / Automatic: 1–2 tablespoons per 6 oz water. Adjust to strength preference.
Pour-Over: Medium grind. 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio by weight. 30-second bloom, pour in stages.
French Press: Coarse grind. 4 minutes steep, slow press. Warm spice notes open up with the longer contact time.
Iced: Brew double strength over ice, or cold brew overnight — the vanilla and biscuit come through cleanly cold.

Is this coffee easy on the stomach?
It tends to be, and there are a few reasons for that. We air-roast all of our coffee — unlike drum roasting, air roasting circulates heat evenly around the bean rather than scorching it against a hot surface, which generally produces a smoother, gentler cup. We also use a Brazilian bean base, and Brazilian beans are naturally lower in acidity thanks to the growing altitude and processing methods used there. Add a medium roast to the mix — longer roast time means less of the compounds that can irritate a sensitive stomach — and you've got a cup that tends to sit a lot easier than most. No guarantees, because everyone's different, but if coffee and your stomach have had a complicated relationship, this is a reasonable place to start.
Does it taste sweet without adding sugar?
Yes — the custom flavoring gives it a caramelized biscuit, warm spice, and vanilla character that reads as sweet without any added sugar or sweetener. It leans noticeably more bakery if you add cream, but black out of the pot holds up well on its own.
Do you offer a decaf version?
Yes — Spiced Cookie Cream is available in decaf. Same flavor, same air-roasted process, without the caffeine. Our decaf uses the Mountain Water Process, which skips the harsh chemical solvents. Your 3pm cup just got a lot more reasonable.
Is this coffee keto-friendly?
