The pie booth that's been in the same spot every summer for as long as anyone can remember. You didn't need a fair to find it this year.
Dark berries, warm crust, brown sugar. It's the kind of flavor combination that doesn't require a special occasion to justify — just a mug and a few minutes that belong to you. We air-roasted this one to order, kept the medium roast easy on the finish, and let the flavoring do what it's supposed to do: taste like something you'd wait in line for.
This is a June Picks release. Same air-roasted process as everything else we make, same 100% Arabica base, same no-nonsense approach to flavor — just available for a limited time while summer is actually happening.

The Beans
Forest Berry Pie is a medium roast flavored coffee built on a 100% Arabica Brazilian bean base. Brazilian beans naturally run lower in acidity — a combination of growing altitude, soil, and processing methods — which means the base is smooth and easy before the flavoring even enters the picture.
The dark berry, warm crust, and brown sugar notes come from custom flavoring applied after roasting. We air-roast to order using solar power, which circulates heat evenly around the bean instead of scorching it against a hot drum surface. The result is a cleaner roast and a gentler cup.
This is a June Picks seasonal release. It's here for summer and gone when it goes. No dramatic countdown — that's just the deal with limited runs.

How to Brew
Forest Berry Pie works well across brew methods. The berry and crust notes come through cleanest in a standard drip or pour-over setup — a medium grind, water just off the boil, standard brew ratio.
Drip / Automatic: 1–2 tablespoons per 6 oz water. Adjust to strength preference.
Pour-Over: Medium grind. 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio by weight. 30-second bloom, then pour in stages.
French Press: Coarse grind. 4 minutes steep, slow press. The berry notes open up a bit more with the full-immersion method.
Cold Brew: Coarse grind. 1:4 ratio, cold water, 12–18 hours in the fridge. Dark berries hold up well cold — this one's worth trying.
If you're ordering ground, let us know your brew method at checkout and we'll dial in the grind.
Single-Serve Pods: Compatible with Keurig® 1.0 and 2.0 machines. Same coffee, no measuring required.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions about Forest Berry Pie Flavored Coffee
Is this coffee easy on the stomach?
It tends to be, and there are a few reasons for that. We air-roast all of our coffee — unlike drum roasting, air roasting circulates heat evenly around the bean rather than scorching it against a hot surface, which generally produces a smoother, gentler cup. We also use a Brazilian bean base, and Brazilian beans are naturally lower in acidity thanks to the growing altitude and processing methods used there. Add a medium roast to the mix — longer roast time means less of the compounds that can irritate a sensitive stomach — and you've got a cup that tends to sit a lot easier than most. No guarantees, because everyone's different, but if coffee and your stomach have had a complicated relationship, this is a reasonable place to start.
Does it taste sweet without adding sugar?
Yes — the custom flavoring gives it a dark berry, warm crust, and brown sugar character that reads as sweet without any added sugar or sweetener. Brew strength and what you add will shift how pronounced that is, but black out of the pot is genuinely good.
Do you offer a decaf version?
Yes — Forest Berry Pie is available in decaf. Same flavor, same air-roasted process, without the caffeine. Our decaf uses the Mountain Water Process, which skips the harsh chemical solvents. All the flavor, none of the 2am regrets.
Is this coffee keto-friendly?
Yes — black coffee has zero sugar, zero sweeteners, and no added carbohydrates. The custom flavoring in this coffee adds no sugar either. Naturally keto-friendly as a factual spec, not a lifestyle claim.
What's the difference between the bag and the single-serve pods?
Same coffee, different format. The bag gives you flexibility on grind and brew method. The single-serve pods are 12-count boxes compatible with Keurig® 1.0 and 2.0 machines — grab-and-go with no measuring required.
Is this actually a limited release?
Yes. June Picks coffees are seasonal. When they're gone, they're gone. No dramatic countdown, just an honest heads-up.
What other coffees pair well with this one?
If you're into flavored coffees that lean sweet and fruit-forward, our other dessert-inspired roasts are worth a look. Our snack line is also a natural companion if you want something to go with your cup.
