How to Brew
Rainforest Crunch plays well with pretty much any brew method. The nutty, warm notes come through best when you're not rushing it — but we get it if you are.
Auto Drip: 1–2 tablespoons per 6 oz water. Standard brew temp (195–205°F). Let it drip, don't hover.
French Press: 1 heaping tablespoon per 4 oz water. Steep 4 minutes. Press slow. Enjoy the moment you just made for yourself.
Single Serve (Keurig® 1.0 & 2.0): Drop the pod in. Hit brew. Done. Compatible with all standard Keurig® 1.0 and 2.0 machines.
Cold Brew: Coarse grind. 1 cup grounds to 4 cups cold water. Steep in fridge 12–18 hours. Strain. Pour over ice. Add a splash of cream if you want to lean into the hazelnut situation.
Pro tip: Flavored coffees love a lighter touch — if your brew is running bitter, back off the steep time or coarsen your grind slightly before you blame the coffee.

It's actually nutty. The toasted almond and browned butter hazelnut notes are distinct — not background whispers. The macadamia adds a smooth, almost buttery quality, and the vanilla keeps the whole thing from going too far into granola territory. You'll taste it.
Where do the flavor notes come from?
From natural flavoring applied to the beans after roasting — not from the roast itself. The base medium roast provides a clean, smooth canvas; the flavoring does the nutty heavy lifting. This is how flavored coffee works, and we think it's worth saying out loud.
Does it come in decaf?
Yes. Same flavor, same smooth medium roast — just without the caffeine. The decaf is processed using the Mountain Water Process, which removes caffeine without chemical solvents. Great for afternoon cups when you want the vibe without the 11pm consequences.
Will the nut flavors affect me if I have a tree nut allergy?
The flavor notes — almonds, hazelnuts, macadamia — come entirely from natural flavoring. There are no actual nuts in this coffee. If you have a severe allergy, we still recommend checking with us directly so we can confirm current supplier specs, but no tree nut ingredients are used.
What grind should I choose?
Auto Drip covers most home coffee makers. French Press if you want a fuller body. Whole Bean if you grind at home (freshest option). Not sure? Auto Drip is a safe default — it works with the widest range of machines.
Is it compatible with my Keurig®?
Single serve pods work with Keurig® 1.0 and 2.0 machines. If you've got an older or off-brand pod machine, check your machine's compatibility before ordering — we'd hate for your escape-to-the-hammock moment to be delayed by a pod that doesn't fit.
