A medium/dark roast half-caff blend — Colombian beans for brightness and a warm caramel undertone, Brazilian beans decaffeinated via Mountain Water Process for smoothness and balance. Roughly half the caffeine of a standard cup, with none of the compromise on flavor that usually comes with that. The Colombian side brings some brightness and citrusy acidity; the Brazilian MWP side smooths it out. The result is a cup that tastes like real coffee, behaves like a reasonable decision at night, and doesn't require you to choose between the ritual and the sleep.

How to Brew
Stand Tall Cold Brew Pods
Cold steep (standard): Place one mesh pod in 5 cups of cold water. Steep in the refrigerator for 12 to 18 hours. Remove the pod. Serve over ice. No machine, no filter, nothing to clean up beyond the pod itself.
Concentrate method: Use less water for a stronger concentrate, then dilute over ice or with milk to taste. Good if you want flexibility on strength without adjusting steep time.
Night Owl Half Caff Blend
Drip / auto-drip: 1–2 tablespoons per 6 oz water. Straightforward — this blend is built for everyday drip.
Pour-over: Medium grind, 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio by weight. 30-second bloom. Brew time 3–4 minutes. The Colombian brightness comes through cleanly with pour-over.
French press: Coarse grind, 1:12 ratio, 4-minute steep. The caramel undertone opens up well with full-immersion brewing.
Cold brew: Coarse grind, 1:8 ratio, 12–18 hour cold steep. The citrus notes carry well over ice.

Are these coffees easy on the stomach?
Generally yes, and for different reasons. Stand Tall cold brew is inherently lower in acidity than hot-brewed coffee — cold extraction pulls fewer of the compounds that tend to irritate a sensitive stomach. Night Owl is a medium/dark roast on an air-roasted base with a Brazilian MWP decaf component, which tends to be naturally lower in acidity. The Colombian half does bring some brightness, so if acidity is a serious issue for you, cold brew is the gentler option of the two. Both are air-roasted, which produces a cleaner cup than drum roasting regardless of brew method.
How does the cold brew pod work — do I need any equipment?
