Black coffee is naturally low calorie. Nutritional content varies based on your preparation and any add-ins (milk, cream, sweetener). Café Window is a flavored coffee — flavoring is added after roasting to create those toasted, caramel-sweet notes. No sugar added to the bean itself.
How to Brew
Drip / Auto Brewer: 1–2 tablespoons per 6 oz of water. Standard setting works perfectly.
Pour Over: Medium grind, 1:15 ratio. The toasted notes open up nicely with a slow bloom pour.
French Press: Coarse grind, 4-minute steep. The body gets a little richer — in a good way.
Iced: Brew a little stronger than normal, pour over ice. That caramel edge is great cold.
K-Cup®: 8–10 oz brew recommended for best flavor balance.

Is the sweetness artificial?
Café Window is a flavored coffee — flavoring is added after roasting to get those toasted, caramel-edged notes. No artificial sweeteners, no sugar added to the bean. Just flavoring that makes a medium roast taste like a reason to sit down.
How fresh is it when it ships?
We roast to order, so your bag goes out shortly after roasting. Store it in an airtight container away from light and heat, and drink within 2–3 weeks of opening for the best cup.
Is this available as a K-Cup®?
