Tastes Like: Crisp baked apple, warm mulling spice and a smooth caramel finish with a little tang to keep it from getting cloying.

The Win: Café-style caramel apple cider at home. No line, no drive, no name misspelled on the cup.
How to Make
Hot (the classic): Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of mix to 6 ounces of hot water and stir until dissolved. That's the whole recipe. Want it richer? Add a little more mix. Want it milder? Add a little less.
Iced: Dissolve the mix in hot water first, give it a minute to cool, then pour over a glass of ice.
Stir. Sip. Pretend the laundry doesn't exist.

FAQ
Do I need a machine?
Nope. A mug, a spoon and hot water are the entire equipment list. No frother, no steamer, no barista apron required.
Water or milk?
Water. That's what the recipe is built on, and it lets the apple and caramel come through. Warm milk is your own experiment, and we won't stop you.
Does it have caffeine?
No. There's no coffee or tea in this one. It's apple, sugar, caramel-style sweeteners and spice.
How many servings are in a bag?
An 8 oz bag makes about 12 servings at 1 1/2 tablespoons (19g) per 6 ounces of hot water. Pour a heavier scoop and you'll get fewer.
Can I make this iced?
Yes. Dissolve the mix in hot water first, let it cool for a minute, then pour it over ice. It's primarily a hot cider, but it holds up over ice.
What gives it the caramel flavor?
Maple sugar and molasses powder, working alongside the sugar, give it that smooth caramel-style finish. Apple powder and warm spices keep it tasting like cider.
