The cold brew version is the same flavor profile, steeped overnight into 32 ounces of smooth, bold cold brew. The custom flavoring is applied after roasting, so what ends up in your glass is exactly what's on the label: coconut and almond character up front, cinnamon warmth in the middle, vanilla rounding out the finish.

How to Brew
Cold Steep (recommended)
- Drop 1 pod into 32 oz (1 quart) of cold or room-temperature water
- Steep in the refrigerator for 8–12 hours
- Remove the pod and serve over ice
- Optional: add cream, coconut milk, or a milk alternative
Each pod is sized for one quart. For a larger batch, steep multiple pods — one pod per quart. These pods are designed for cold extraction; hot brewing is not recommended.

We air-roast all of our coffee — air roasting circulates heat evenly around the bean rather than scorching it against a hot surface, which generally produces a smoother, gentler cup. We also use a Brazilian bean base, naturally lower in acidity thanks to the growing altitude and processing methods used there. Add a medium roast to the mix — longer roast time means less of the compounds that can irritate a sensitive stomach — and you've got a cup that tends to sit a lot easier than most. No guarantees, because everyone's different, but if coffee and your stomach have had a complicated relationship, this is a reasonable place to start.
