A three-bean dark roast blend drawing from South American and Indonesian growing regions — two very different coffee worlds that happen to work extremely well together. The Indonesian beans bring earthy depth and body. The South American base keeps it smooth. Dark enough to mean business, smooth enough to want another cup. Strong without the burnt edge, which is the part that takes skill. This is the one the regulars keep coming back for, and once you try it you'll figure out why pretty fast.

Harley's Blend
Some blends get named after a feeling. This one got named after a person.
A multi-bean medium roast built to hold up — bold enough to mean it, smooth enough to drink every day without thinking about it. Unflavored, air-roasted to order, straightforward about what it is. The kind of blend you come back to not because it surprises you, but because it never lets you down. Medium roast keeps the body balanced and approachable without softening the character out of it. What you taste is entirely the coffee.

Not the Momma's Blend — recommended methods:
French Press: Coarse grind. 4 minutes steep, slow press. The bold body and earthy depth come through fully with full-immersion brewing — the recommended method for this one.
Drip / Automatic: 1–2 tablespoons per 6 oz water. Adjust strength to taste — this one can handle a stronger brew ratio.
Single-Serve Pods: Compatible with Keurig®️ 1.0 and 2.0 machines. Straightforward and strong.
Harley's Blend — recommended methods:
Drip / Automatic: 1–2 tablespoons per 6 oz water. Standard brew ratio. This is the everyday workhorse method and this blend is built for it.
Pour-Over: Medium grind. 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio by weight. 30-second bloom, pour in stages. Clean and direct.
French Press: Coarse grind. 4 minutes steep, slow press. The medium roast body opens up well with the longer contact time.
Single-Serve Pods: Compatible with Keurig®️ 1.0 and 2.0 machines. 12-count box per coffee.

The pairing rotates monthly, but both coffees in the June duo are core catalog products — they're not going anywhere. What changes is which two are paired together and the pricing that comes with buying them as a duo.
Are these coffees easy on the stomach?
Generally yes, though they land differently. Harley's Blend is a medium roast on an air-roasted base — smooth, lower in the compounds that tend to irritate sensitive stomachs. Not the Momma's Blend is a dark roast, which is actually lower in acidity than lighter roasts — the longer roast time reduces the acidity significantly. Both are air-roasted, which produces a cleaner, gentler cup than drum roasting. No guarantees because everyone's different, but neither of these is a difficult coffee.
