Lavender Lemon Tea Fizz (Mocktail)

A refreshing, floral tea mocktail featuring a lavender sugar–rimmed glass and homemade lavender simple syrup. Elegant, non-alcoholic, and perfect for garden parties, brunches, or self-care sipping.

Ingredients

  • For the Drink:
  • 1 cup chilled Earl Grey’s Anatomy tea (or a green tea)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2–3 tsp lavender simple syrup (see below)
  • Sparkling water, to top
  • Ice
  • Java Momma Lavender Sugar (for rimming)
  • Lemon wheel and lavender sprig (optional garnish)
  • For the Lavender Simple Syrup:
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp Java Momma Culinary Lavender

Directions

  1. Make the simple syrup:
  2. In a small saucepan, combine water, sugar, and lavender buds. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer. Remove from heat and let steep for 20 minutes. Strain and store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  3. Rim your glass:
  4. Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of your glass, then dip it into Java Momma Lavender Sugar for a sparkly floral edge.
  5. Assemble the drink:
  6. In a shaker or mixing glass, combine chilled tea, lemon juice, and lavender simple syrup. Stir well.
  7. Serve:
  8. Add ice to your rimmed glass, pour in the tea mixture, and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon wheel and lavender sprig if desired.
